Return and Refund Policy


Thanks for shopping at Discount Filer's Online.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


  1. You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


  1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  3. You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Items marked Sale, Discontinued, or Clearance are not refundable unless defective. 

How To Return Your Item

1. Log into your store, then go to My Account.

2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.

3. Fill out the following items on the return request:

• Quantity to return

• Return reason

• Return action optional

• Comments optional

4. Click Submit Return Request.
